Migratory Identity Program • The Migrant’s Emotional Journey

Turn your migration—and your family’s—into a path of personal transformation.

Migration is an external journey that inevitably leads to an inner one. It’s a powerful opportunity to rediscover who you are. This journey can be the beginning of your reconstruction.

Every migrant experiences the challenge of adapting to a new life.

“It’s okay not to be okay”

Even the most longed-for and freely chosen migration brings with it migratory grief—a journey that challenges us with a deep identity crisis.

We cling to “I was,” “I used to be,” “I had,” as a way to hold on to a personal identity that now feels increasingly blurred.

Migratory grief is a process of reordering the physical, cognitive, and emotional aspects of our lives. In other words, it is the natural response to the uprooting of an entire lived story.

How do you know if you’re experiencing migratory grief?

You might relate to these feelings if:

🧩 Do you feel fragmented or confused in this new stage of migration?

💔 Have you put everyone else first and now don’t know how to take care of yourself?

🗺️ Is it hard to find your place or purpose in your new environment?

🌿 Are you wondering how to heal past wounds without letting go of your culture or roots?

✨ Do you long to rebuild your life with meaning, peace, and a clear direction?

So... what now, after all the changes?

Migratory Identity Program for Latina women living outside their home country.

Being a migrant isn’t just about changing countries—it’s about rethinking who you are, where you come from, and where you’re headed.
This program is specially designed for Latina women living in the United States who feel they’ve left parts of themselves behind along the way.

Recover your essence. Rebuild your story. Rediscover your purpose.

Program: The Migrant’s Emotional Journey

Through a process of self-discovery, healing, and professional guidance, we help you reclaim your identity—beyond roles, pressure, or cultural loss. You’ll learn to see yourself again with love, confidence, and clarity.

This program, made up of a group workshop and individual accompaniment sessions, responds to the need to understand that it’s okay not to be okay. The challenges we face in the migration journey can directly affect our physical, psychological, social, and spiritual health.

You may feel nostalgia, loss, uncertainty, or even struggle to adapt to your new environment. These feelings are normal, and tending to them is a key step toward embracing your new reality with greater strength and well-being.

Processing the losses that come with migration in a healthy way takes time, intention, and inner work.

Our goal is to help you reframe the most difficult moments of your journey as part of a powerful transformation—so you can become the heroine of your own story.

What will you achieve with this program?

What will you gain from this program?

🗣️ Name it: You’ll recognize the pain, emptiness, and loss that often hide behind silence—and finally give them a name.

💖 Feel it: You’ll allow yourself to feel your migration experience—in your body (sensations), in your soul (emotions and thoughts), and in your spirit (identity).

🌱 Reframe it: You’ll give new meaning to your migration story. You’ll rebuild your narrative from a place of dignity and love.

🤝 Be accompanied: You’ll feel seen, heard, and supported by other women who truly understand your journey.

🧭 Transform it: Pain, when properly accompanied, transforms. It becomes compassion, wisdom, and purpose.

🌎 Integrate it: You’ll integrate your roots with your new reality, without losing yourself. You’ll reconnect with your gifts, talents, and personal mission.

Voices from our community

Discover stories of transformation that inspire and strengthen the heart.

I arrived feeling empty, as if I had left my identity at the border. Thanks to the accompaniment, I discovered that my migrant story wasn’t a rupture—it was the beginning of a mission. Today, I accompany other women like me, and in serving others, I found the purpose I thought I had lost.
